If the total cost C = 1000 + 0.2s, where 's' is the sales volume, the variable cost on sales of TK. 1000 will be Taka
Given that,
sales of volume (s) = 1000
We know that,
Total cost (C) = total fixed cost + total variable cost
then, C = 1000 + 0.2s
Total variable cost = 0.2s
= 0.2 × 1000
= 200 Tk.
